Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Sheridan Hotel & Convention Center

Had a great stay besides finding bugs in our first room, not harmful bugs and not on the furniture but I just cant stand the thought of bugs being near windows or in the bathroom. But the hotel handled my complaint great and got us a new room asap, It was nice having the hot tub and pool and the complimentary breakfast was yummy! Overall a great stay besides the rooms needing new windows/seals.

This Ramada definitely exceeds expectations. Nightly rates are very reasonable. The lobby was stylish, with nifty decor and a cool indoor waterfall. Restaurant on-site, and bar that stays open fairly late. Hot Breakfast with eggs and bacon is included, 6am to 9am. Parking lot is huge, plenty of parking for large vehicles and easy access to I90. The room itself was comfortable, very clean with modern furnishings. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Room was equipped with large Samsung SmartTV and Keurig coffee machine. I have zero complaints. 5 star stay!

Great hotel for the money. Love the connected to building Oasis lounge free breakfast is good just wish they had country gravy to put over the potatoes and eggs. Front counter staff varies on performance on who you talk to. The ladies are great some of the dudes need a little work communicating with the cleaning staff. The hallways could use a good vacuuming most the time but the rooms are clean the pool and rec room are good. They have more indoor meeting space then anyone in the whole state of Wyoming most likely. It's all inside so you don't need to go out in the snow or rain, or the heat during the summer. The lounge has an outdoor seating area for when the weather is nice. They also have ample parking on both sides of the large building. And I've heard pets are welcome.

This place is absolutely beautiful for the price I paid I was content… I wish I had a room that was closer to the pool because I was only there for one night but all in all it was a good experience. Anyone who worked on 3-1/3-3 3-2026 were very kind. I arrived 3-1-2026 around 1930. I went to the pool around 815. There were young adults in the pool diving and made my hot tub experience less than pleasant. My items were splashed, my phone and shoes were wet when I left the pool because they splashed so much water doing cannon balls ,bellyflops and diving . It got to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable confronting the group and I let the front staff know, and they IMMEDIATELY fixed the problem. I truly appreciated the promptness and respect for safety that was taken. He was respectful, and the matter was solved within moments of me calling. I’m not a snitch nor do I care that my things got wet, but I feel like these are the kinds of people to have a tragic accident and want to blame the people surrounding them, the world, etc. instead of taking a accountability. They read the rules and laughed at them, and continued to dive and make a ruckus of the facility, which I did not appreciate on top of my things being damaged by water like I said. But again I appreciate the respectfulness and promptness of the staff. I will visit

I spoke at a conference that was held in the Convention Center. I got everything I needed to be comfortable and do my work. The kitchen staff were friendly and helpful when I needed the hottest water to make my tea. The room was clean and quiet. The mattress was comfortable. The WiFi worrked. My husband used the fitness center once and was satisfied.

We really enjoy staying here. Comfy beds, clean rooms. Really nice motel. Reminds me of the old Holiday Inns with the open common area and rooms all around. Really good free breakfast. Eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit.They have a nice pet area. We've stayed here several times.

Beautiful lobby. We stayed Christmas eve and thier lobby was so beautiful and inviting. The Receptionist was very kind and informative. They were doing construction on the first floor which she told us about so walking through that didn't bother us. The morning breakfast (Christmas morning no less) was awesome and surprising that they would be serving that morning. The bed was comfortable the room was clean. Might need to be updated to suit others, but for the price.

Nick at the front desk was super nice and gave me hot water to make tea. The room is clean and the AC works great. I think this is a steal for the price and it also includes free breakfast which I didn't know and they have an indoor pool and things to do for kids. They also allow pets for $25 each which is a huge score for anyone traveling with pets.
